We have experienced skills and expertise in multi-vendor support (NCR Self-serve and Diebold Nixdorf) both Hardware and software, capable of  rapidly resolving occurring incidents based on agreed service level  agreement.

Though our partnership with our partners in Europe/Asia we are able provide a wide variety of spares Parts inventory, diagnostics tools and Terminal security solutions and technical support. Our comprehensive Maintenance Services portfolio allows you to choose a service level that’s matched to the locate or, type of equipment and importance of the device, ensuring service is delivered at the right level, the  right  time,  and  the  right  price  point.  We offer 3 level of support Maintenance with key performance indicators, such as the response time (starting with 2 hours), and equipment availability of up to 99%.
